🌱Earth Day at Community Garden
“Lend a hand, care for the land!”
🌳 What: Corazon Latino will partner with the Clarksville Community Garden to create and event for the community of Clarksville. Join us at Cline Park to celebrate Earth Day and showcasing our new Clarksville Community Garden! Garden members will be showing visitors how to pot their own plants to take home. We will also be discussing good gardening practices, nutritional benefits of organic gardening, and network with local growers. Garden-themed foods and beverages will be available. Families can also enjoy arts and crafts throughout the day.
🌳 Qué trata: Corazon Latino se une con el Jardín Comunitario de Clarksville para crear un evento comunitario. ¡Acompáñenos en Cline Park para celebrar el Día de la Tierra y presentar nuestro nuevo Jardín Comunitario de Clarksville! Los miembros del jardín mostrarán a los visitantes cómo plantar sus propias plantas para llevar a casa. También discutiremos las buenas prácticas de jardinería, los beneficios nutricionales de la jardinería orgánica y la red con los productores locales. Habrá alimentos y bebidas con temática de jardín. Las familias también pueden disfrutar de las artes y las artesanías durante todo el día.
